At Alex Perry, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if your purchase is not quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security seals intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at an authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary collection through our shipping partner.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received, our atelier will inspect the garment's condition before processing your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
